FAQs

If you have any questions other than what we've listed here, please feel free to contact us directly.
Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We understand that attending a wedding as a guest entails finances, time, and other possible conflicts. Please let us know as soon as possible by submitting "no" on your RSVP. This will help us plan accordingly.

Question

May I bring an additional guest(s) to the wedding?

Answer

As we have mindfully considered our guest list, please refer to your RSVP for all invited guests.

Question

May I bring my child(ren)?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We would appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can be fully present to celebrate with us!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Cocktail Attire. As it will be winter with the lunch outdoors, please consider bringing a coat.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The average December temperature in Los Angeles is 68° F / 20° C in the daytime and 49° F / 10° C in the evening. A jacket or coat is recommended. Ceremony & cocktail hour will be indoors. The reception will be outdoors. Please check the weather forecast as time draws closer!

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Guests may use the complimentary valet parking provided at The Fig House.

Question

Are masks required?

Answer

You are the people that we love and cherish the most, and we want to provide a safe environment to gather together in celebration of our marriage. Given the current state of affairs, all guests are required to provide proof of full vaccination or proof of negative PCR test along with government ID upon entry. With this in mind, we have made every effort to make this easy for you by partnering with Inspired Diagnostics to provide At Home test kits for you to use. This will be at no cost to you as they work with your insurance company. Please visit the link below to order your test at least 10 days before the event. https://www.inspiretesting.com/at-home/debbie-donald-wedding We will not be requiring masks, but please be aware that the ceremony will take place indoors, so you’re more than welcome to wear them if that’d make you more comfortable. We appreciate your understanding while we navigate through these uncertain times.

Question

What type of food will you be serving?

Answer

Tray passed hors d'oeuvres and craft coffee will be served during cocktail hour and a plated lunch will be served during the reception. Please select your choice of entrée when completing your RSVP.

Question

What if I have a dietary restriciton?

Answer

When you RSVP, there will be a section to make note of any dietary restrictions. Please fill this out so we can try our best to accommodate you!

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Your safety is our priority and we will not be serving any alcohol other than a champagne toast as our celebration will be in the afternoon.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones & cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them with us. However, please refrain from taking photos/videos during the ceremony.

Question
