Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 5 PM guests are welcome to arrive and take their seats 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony

How do I use the hotel shuttle?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle bus from the Inn at Middletown and the Hilton Garden Inn Wallingford. If you’re staying at the Hilton- the shuttle will arrive at 4PM on Saturday to take guests to the wedding If you’re staying at the Inn- the shuttle will arrive at 4:30PM on Saturday to take guests to the wedding. It will return guests from the wedding venue to the hotels after the reception ends.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There’s plenty of parking on site at the venue, as well as a shuttle that will transport guests to and from the hotels

Is the ceremony/reception inside or outside?

Answer

We will have a brief ceremony outside (weather permitting), which will be immediately followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour and indoor, seated dinner and reception

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! If we haven’t made arrangements for you already, please include your allergy or dietary needs on your RSVP

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We want everyone to enjoy the night, whether that means bringing the little ones in on the fun, or getting a babysitter so parents can have a night out- it’s your choice! (Just be sure to let us know on the RSVP for all adults and children from your family). P.S. Music will not be censored - Sorry 😆

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent out in the coming months with RSVP instructions. We will need a final headcount by 4/1/26 which should include all members of your household expected to attend
