Our ceremony will take place outdoors on The Grand Plaza at The Edgewater Hotel, overlooking the beautiful shores of Lake Mendota. Please plan to arrive early so you have time to park, find your seat, and get settled before our 5:00 PM ceremony begins. Once you arrive at The Edgewater Hotel, you have two easy ways to reach the Grand Plaza: From the main driveway, proceed down the stairs to the ceremony area, or enter through the hotel lobby and walk through the Nolen Gallery, which leads directly to the Grand Plaza.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Please join us for cocktail hour at the Nolen Gallery and Terrace. Enjoy drinks, light bites, and beautiful lakeside views as we celebrate together and prepare for the evening ahead!
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Following cocktail hour, please join us in The Grand Ballroom for our reception. We’ll enjoy dinner, dancing, and celebration as we continue the evening with family and friends.
