What time should I arrive?

Answer

Wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to accommodate for any unexpected traffic, greet fellow friends/family and find seats!

Will there be a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We are happy to announce that we will have a shuttle to transport guests from the hotel to the venue. The shuttle is planning to leave by 3:15pm. Check in for the hotel is at 3pm; early check-in is not guaranteed BUT they do have a space/room to store your bags until later in the night. Also, you do not have to be a guest at the hotel to utilize this service!

Will the ceremony be held outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outdoors on paved ground. Accommodations will be made if the weather isn't weathering. October can sometimes be unexpected, it can be nice and cool or very warm, plan accordingly :)

Are children allowed?

Answer

All guests are listed in your RSVP. We love the little ones, but this is an adult only affair! Please reach out to the bride and groom with any concerns.

Will Archie be present?

Answer

Yes (surprised?)!. If you have allergies to pets, please inform the bride and groom and bring any necessary precautions if appropriate. Archie will be accompanied by a handler. Please wait until after the ceremony to say hello. Archie will go home after cocktail hour, so show him some love!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are excited to invite you to our special day! Please be aware of the names indicated on your invitations. We are unable to accommodate additional guests outside of your invitation. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns!
