Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes! All guests are permitted to bring a plus one along. If you plan to bring a plus one, please write their name on your RSVP card, or include their name when you RSVP through this website.

Are kids welcome?

We hope this advance notice allows all our friends and family to make childcare arrangements so that they can take the night off and enjoy themselves! However, if you are unable to make these arrangements, littles are more than welcome. Please give Aaron and I a heads up if you plan to bring your children.

Semi formal attire is preferred.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 6 PM. Due to elevator wait times/finding your way around the venue, we are strongly advising all guests to show up at least 30 minutes early. This ensures everyone has plenty of time to find their way up to the rooftop of our venue, where the ceremony is being held.

Parking and Transportation

Answer

A large parking lot is available behind the venue, but space availability is first come first serve. We were not able to secure shuttles to the Frazier Museum the day of the wedding, however if you walk or take an Uber to the wedding, we have arranged a shuttle for the late evening between 10:30 pm and 12:30 am to take you back to your hotel, as long as it is in the downtown area. Just let the driver know where you’re headed. The reception ends with a send off in the gateway garden at 11:30 pm, and the shuttle will be waiting in this area starting at 10:30 pm, near the parking lot, and will make rounds to downtown hotels and back, until 12:30 am.
