Cabin and Campsite Check-in

For our party people who are going to enjoy the outdoors with us the entire weekend! If you are either staying in the cabins, bringing in a camper/RV, or tenting, you can arrive to check into camp any time after 4pm on Friday. We will have signs from the road and help at the gate to assist with direction once you arrive. Camp Lakotah has two entrances- we will be using the back entrance located off HW21 for campers and RVs as the camping area is easily accessible from here. This will also be the parking area for guests staying overnight. All guests who are coming for the day can use the main entrance and park up front.

Casual Attire
Welcome to our wedding weekend! The Party starts here! The outdoor BBQ will give everyone a chance to mingle with family and friends before the big day. After you've gotten settled in your cabin/campsite/hotel, please join us for dinner, drinks, and music under the outdoor Pavilion at Camp. There will also be a bonfire. Feel free to drag your coolers! We will supply all the food, plus some beer and wine.

Casual Attire: Anything goes.
This will be the time to enjoy all of the fun Camp Lakotah has to offer. Stop in for brunch and bloody mary bar, field games, and music near the Pavilion. Hike the woods, go for a swim, or pull up a beach chair and relax. This is your vacation too!
The Ceremony
5:00 pm
Casual Attire: From sundresses and sandals to linen pants or jeans with short sleeved button ups. Keep in mind we are outside- wear comfy shoes!
Join us in our vow exchange, lead by officiant Lonny Terzo. This event will be outside of Hollister Chapel in the woods, but in the case of inclement weather it will be held inside the chapel.
Cocktails and Appetizers, Followed by Dinner and Reception
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Casual party: From sundresses and sandals to linen pants or jeans with short sleeved button ups.
Join us for dinner, drinks, and dancing! Cocktails and appetizers will be served under the outdoor pavilion immediately following the ceremony. The lodge will be open around 6:30 PM for our reception and dinner. The band comes on at 8pm!
Bonfire and Music
11:00 pm
Relax and unwind-or keep dancing. Drag your coolers back out for the after party by the bonfire pits. Late night munchies, including smores will be provided.

Stop to get some food in your belly before you hit the road! Breakfast will be provided in the main lodge Sunday morning.
