How can I reserve a hotel room?

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our suggested dress code is formal/ black tie optional. Think suit and tie, or floor length or midi dress.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

Everything will be on site at Oglebay- Weather permitting the ceremony will be held outside at the Mansion Woods venue (about a 2 minute drive from the lodge). A shuttle is available for guests and will be running from the lodge lobby to the ceremony site starting at 3:50, or you can drive and park (follow signs for the museum and park by the mansion). Please plan on using the restroom before arriving to the ceremony, there is only a small bathroom about a 10 minute walk from the ceremony venue. Where is cocktail hour?

Answer

Following the ceremony please join us for cocktail hour on the lake view patio, attached to the Lodge. Backup rain plan will be cocktail hour inside by the entrence to the Glessner Auditorium.

The Glessner Auditorium, which is attached to the hotel lodge at Oglebay. There is a map of the resort on the schedule page of our website.
