Our story began in the most classic way: at work! We first met in 2017 while working at Home Run Inn—I was slinging drinks behind the bar, and Wilbert was cooking up a storm as a line cook. Though we were in different parts of the restaurant, a spark started to fly. The kitchen chemistry turned into a real-life romance on October 26, 2018, officially starting our journey together. Our very first date was a blast—a competitive and fun night at Dave & Buster's. Life took a wonderful turn in November 2020 when we welcomed our first "son," our furry friend Taco, into the family! After getting used to life as dog parents, we made it official by moving in together in the winter of December 2021. Our pack grew again in April 2022 when our second four-legged son, Burrito, arrived, completing our little family. Finally, on April 15, 2023, Wilbert asked the big question amidst the beauty of the Botanical Gardens. Now, with our two best boys, Taco and Burrito, by our side, we can't wait to officially say "I do" and celebrate the next chapter with all of you!
