“Written and sealed by God. We’re getting married!”

What started as a simple three-way phone call with mutual friends became the beginning of our forever. When Moise heard Cynthia’s lively voice in the background, he asked, “Who is that girl talking?” That one question turned into a conversation that neither of us wanted to end. Not long after, we met in person during a summer vacation in New York and talked for hours. In that moment, we knew there was something special between us and decided to take a chance on love. In 2013, we quietly said “I do” in a courthouse, holding on to a promise that would carry us through every season.
