Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We recommend staying at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel since the reception will be at this location. You can reserve your room at the following link https://book.passkey.com/go/FrancisMathewWedding The hotel block is first come first serve! The last date to book the hotel block is August 30th, 2024. The link can also be found on our "Travel" page of our website.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There will be a shuttle service to and from the hotel to the ceremony.

There is parking available onsite for both ceremony and reception

Will there be kids activities near the Hotel?

Answer

Yes there will be plenty of fun activities and restaurants near the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel! Please see the "Things to Do" Section. We recommend checking out LegoLand, TopGolf, The Woodfield Mall, or the Sculpture Park!

What type of food will be served at the Reception

Answer

There will be a variety of different cuisines at the cocktail hour. The reception dinner will primarily be Indian cuisine with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. There will be separate options for kids dinners as well.

If there are any dietary allergies to be aware of, please email rmathew88@gmail.com or cmf951@gmail.com. Dinner will be Indian cuisine served family style with vegetarian options.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are requesting that guests do not bring boxed gifts to the ceremony or reception for security purposes. We do have a honeymoon fund on the Zola website under the “Registry” tab and greatly appreciate any contributions!
