What is the baggage allowance for Sunwing?

Answer

One checked luggage up to 50 lbs/23 kgs is included with each paying passenger. Carry-on is NOT included and can be purchased at a fee of $25 each way. Do I need to be fully vaccinated to travel to Jamaica?

Answer

Most travellers can enter Montego Bay, Jamaica, without proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. For more details, please visit: https://www.sunwing.ca/en/destination-entry-requirement

Are airport transfers included in my package?

Answer

Yes, roundtrip airport transfers to and from the hotel are included.

Can I select my seats ahead of time?

Answer

For a fee, seats can be pre-selected prior to departure. Please contact Kathy with your preferences to obtain costs. Otherwise, seats can be selected for free during your online check-in 24 hours prior to departure.

Will I get electronic tickets for my trip?

Answer

Final travel documents will be sent out to everyone 3 weeks prior to departure.

Question

Does my passport need to be valid for 6 months after date of departure for entry to Jamaica?

Answer

For Canadian and U.S. citizens, you must present a passport that is valid for the duration of your stay. It does not need to have an additional 6 months' validity.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Please make sure to pack (and wear!) light coloured/neutral/pastel colours for our wedding festivities on June 2nd.

Question

Can the resort accommodate my allergies/dietary restrictions?

Answer

For the wedding day, we have provided the resort our group's allergies and dietary restrictions. If you haven't notified us yet, please let Kathy know as soon as possible by sending her an email to kathy.ngo@fcitravel.ca. For the remaining duration of your stay, please notify the front desk upon check-in of your food allergies. They will help create a card that can be carried with you to notify the restaurant staff of your restrictions when dining at the resort.
