After 9 years together, we've decided we want to skip conventional wedding planning and finally seal the deal! We've always wanted a destination wedding and thought fabulous Las Vegas would combine sentimental value with fun. We'll be getting married in the same chapel as Cynthia's grandparents did 61 years ago. We'll be celebrating with immediate family in Las Vegas this November.

Before the weight of the 9 to 5, early twenty-somethings Cynthia & Andrew's social events started on Thursday nights and extended through the weekends. On the prowl, Cynthia noticed a handsome, tall, young man with a pompadour and cool boots. When she noticed he was speaking to a friend of hers, she saw it as an opportunity to introduce herself. Only, she didn't quite introduce herself. She looked up at the man 1 foot taller than she and asked "so do you want my number or what?" Andrew was smitten ever since.

On 9 years to the day that they met, Andrew proposed to Cynthia in a place where they spent lots of time throughout their relationship, Downtown Pomona.
