Use the "Second Street Bridge". We have tried our hardest to make the accommodations, for our big day, as convenient and as possible. To avoid any extra costs, use the "Second Street Bridge" going to and from our reception venue.
There is a detachable part on your invite to fill out and send back. Please send these back to us by June 9, 2018. Riley and I also would like to ask that no "guests" or "+1s" be added unless specified on your wedding invitation. We greatly appreciate it! The RSVPs are very important to planning the wedding and making it go as smoothly as possible. We need to get an accurate head count of guest we should expect in order to prepare our vendors, especially our caterer! Thank you in advance for getting those RSVPs to us on time.
The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00 pm. Therefore, we would like our guests to arrive no later than 1:45 pm. For those of you who usually run about 5-10 minutes late, we suggest aiming for 1:30. :)
No birthday suits please. Pants, shirt, and shoes are required. On a more serious note, for the ceremony please be in your "Sunday Best". As for the reception, this will be slightly more laid back. We recommend you wear your dancing shoes and "Cocktail Attire".
For the Ceremony, we recommend not to bring children under the age of 5 considering we will be having a full Catholic Ceremony, which will last close to 45 minutes. We prefer to not have children running around and/or possibly crying during our ceremony. This is very special to us and we prefer not to have any distractions during our ceremony. We GREATLY appreciate your consideration. Regarding the reception: this is totally up to you and your family. We want the evening to be as enjoyable for you as it will for us. We want you to enjoy yourself. Have a drink, or two, or 5. Dance till you can dance no more. Whatever, or however, that may be. Finding a baby sitter or not, is totally up to you and your family.
Yes. At the Hyatt Regency Louisville. The information is located under the "Travel" tab at the top of the website. Please use that link to book a room and for further information. Please book your rooms no later than June 8, 2017. We currently have a courtesy block of 10 rooms for Friday and/or Saturday night. If/when those rooms are booked, they will be able to increase the number of room if needed, based on their availability.
There will be plenty of parking at the Church, as well as the reception venue. As for the hotel, if applicable, find more details under the "Travel" tab at the top of the website. I believe there is a flat rate of $10 to park and leave your car. If you plan on coming and going from the hotel, we recommend you pay the $13 in/out access to park. That way you can come and go as you please without extra costs. More info to be found when booking a hotel room.
Unfortunately, there is not. Uber, Lyft, or taxis are available if interested.
