Mother of the Bride
My mom is my very best friend. She's the most selfless, loving person I know, and honestly, my favorite person to be around (besides B and Remi, obviously). She's been there for every single moment and milestone — she hasn't missed a thing! She's made so many sacrifices for me throughout my entire life, and I don't even know how I'll ever thank her enough for everything she's given me. She's the most extraordinary woman, and watching her relationship with Brandon grow has been one of my favorite things. They are quite literally two peas in a pod and love to gang up on me any chance they get. It's equal parts adorable and annoying. Mom, thank you for being my rock, my best friend, and the person who taught me what unconditional love looks like. I love you more than words can say.
Matron of Honor
Jordan has been my best friend since we were freshmen in high school! We went to different feeder schools in the Knoxville Catholic Diocese (she went to St. John Neumann and I went to Sacred Heart), so we didn't know each other until we started at KCHS. But the moment we met? Instant besties. The rest is history! Jordan has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember — through every awkward phase, every milestone, every laugh, and every cry. She's seen it all, survived it all, and always been by my side. I can't imagine anyone else standing up next to me while I marry the love of my life!
Best Man
Jake has been Brandon's best friend ever since they started working together at Oakley. Brandon was the boss, Jake was his right-hand guy, and they quickly realized they had way more in common than just work — cars, gaming, and apparently a shared sense of humor. Their friendship was pretty much instant. Fun fact: Brandon was Jake's best man almost 2 years ago, so this is basically a best man swap, and we think that's beautiful. Jake is the kind of guy who would have B's back in an instant — no questions asked. He's always been supportive of our relationship, and we're so lucky to have him and his wife Katie in our lives.
Groomsman
Brandon's friendship with Joel is honestly hilarious. They met through Jake (best man, keep up!) — Jake's sister is married to Joel, so naturally, Jake recruited him for their nightly Call of Duty sessions. These guys are serious gamers. B and Joel bonded over headsets, talked multiple times a week, played COD religiously, and became great friends... all without ever meeting in person. Wild, right? They finally met face-to-face at Jake's bachelor party, and it was like they'd known each other forever. Joel is funny, kind, and quite literally one of the nicest souls you'll ever meet. He's warm, supportive, and just an all-around great guy. When I met him and his wife Amanda at Jake and Katie's wedding, I immediately knew what incredible people they were. We're so happy to have them as a part of our special day!
Groomsman
Sean is one of the funniest people you'll ever meet. He has Brandon laughing all the time, and honestly, we need that energy in our lives. Sean worked for B at Oakley, and along with Jake, they were the 3 Amigos — a legendary trio that made work way more fun than it probably should have been. The stories Brandon tells about Sean... lord have mercy. Let's just say what happens at Oakley should stay at Oakley, but it definitely doesn't. B has always tried to guide and support Sean (big brother vibes), and their friendship is built on gaming, nonstop group chat banter, and mutual respect. We were so sad when Sean moved away to Washington, but we're holding out hope that he comes back soon. Wink wink, Sean. Hurry up and move back already. We miss you!
Groomsman
Ryan is such a great friend to Brandon. He was B's area captain at Oakley, and even though Ryan lives in Georgia running the heck out of his store down there, they still talk multiple times a week. Whenever B needs help or guidance with his business, he calls Ryan — and Ryan drops everything to be there for him. That's the kind of friend he is. From the stories B tells, Ryan is a big ol' teddy bear with the energy of the life of the party. He makes an entrance in any room (you'll know when Ryan's arrived), and he's kind of the papa bear of their group on work trips — keeping everyone in line while simultaneously having the most fun. We're so happy Ryan could be a part of our special day! I know how much it means to B to have him here for our wedding weekend. Thanks for being here!
