5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
This is a casual welcome party for all invited guests that are in town early, feel free to stop by, say hello, and visit with everyone. Light snacks and drinks will be available (this is not a full dinner), and you’re welcome to BYOB if you have a preferred beverage. Music will be provided by Country Promenade. The event will be outdoors at the same location as the wedding, at Clara’s dad’s house, so please dress comfortably for the weather.
4:00 pm - 11:30 pm
The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on grass, with the reception held under a tent. Because the entire event is outside, please dress accordingly for an outdoor setting and changing weather conditions. We recommend comfortable shoes (heels may be difficult on grass). Guests are invited to arrive around 3:30 PM for the 4:00 PM ceremony. After the ceremony, enjoy cocktails, snacks, and yard games during happy hour. Dinner will follow, and live music will keep the celebration going into the evening!
