When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP before April 3rd, 2026 so we can plan accordingly with our venue and coordinator.

Can I bring a date/guest?

Answer

Due to capacity limitations at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Our wedding to be an adults-only event. Think of it as a date night on us!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the Hilton Garden Inn and/or Spark by Hilton Lancaster and the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at our venue if you would like to drive! There will be an attendant to coordinate parking upon arrival. There is also street parking available.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. Our venue is temperature controlled, so no need to worry about the weather!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

While we know you may be eager to capture your own memories, during the ceremony we ask that you keep your phones away and on silent. We have hired an incredible photographer and we will happily share those photos with everyone so you are able to be fully present with us during the ceremony. However, during the reception we encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you want and share your photos with us via the QR codes located around the reception.
