Is there a dress code?

Garden party attire or Cocktail attire. The wedding will be outside on grass, so please plan accordingly. Smart casual attire for Welcome Drinks on Friday

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to space limitations at Basin Harbor, we're trying to keep it an adults-only affair, except for kids in our family. If your invitation says "The ______ Family", then yes your kiddos are welcome! Otherwise, we ask that you leave the little ones at home and we'd be thrilled to host mom & dad's night out.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

Yes - Basin Harbor is dog-friendly! Please note that pets are only allowed in certain accommodations & areas of the resort. Details on Basin Harbor's pet policy can be found here: https://www.basinharbor.com/accommodations/pet-friendly/ We just ask that the pups stay in your room during the ceremony & reception.

Where can I eat dinner on Friday night before the Welcome Drinks?

There are multiple food options on site: Ardelia’s Reservations are required for breakfast and dinner seating in Ardelia’s. To book your table, make a Reservation online through OpenTable or call our helpful concierge team at 802-475-2311. What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

You'll have the choice of steak, salmon or a vegan option for dinner at the reception (please select what you'd like when you RSVP), but please email kristincusimano@gmail.com if there is anything else we need to consider when planning your delicious meal.

Is there transportation from the airport?

Answer

Basin Harbor can arrange transportation to/from Burlington airport for a fee. Please note: while you may be able to get an uber/cab from the airport to Basin Harbor, you cannot get one from Basin Harbor to the airport.

Everyone is welcome to join for ALL of the events we have listed on the “Schedule" page of this website: (**we are still working out the timing of everything. Stay tuned!) Welcome Drinks Friday Evening Ceremony & Reception on Saturday After Party late-night on Saturday Red-Mill at Basin Harbor Complimentary breakfast for Basin Harbor guests on Sunday 7:00-10:30am ** Basin Harbor Club - Ardelia's For resort guests, breakfast is available at Ardelias. There will be a wide selection of breakfast options to choose from. As of right now, guests will need to make a reservation for Breakfast. For resort guests, breakfast comes with your stay!
