If any of these guidelines do not work for you, the ceremony will be streamed live on Facebook so you can still celebrate with us virtually. RSVP The RSVP deadline is April 1st, 2026. Guests who do not RSVP by this date will not be accommodated. If you have not called, texted, or submitted an RSVP online, you will not have a seat at the wedding. Guests who arrive without an RSVP will be turned away by the day-of coordinator. Please plan accordingly. Children This is an adults-only wedding. Children may not attend unless they are part of the wedding ceremony or it is stated on your invitation. This allows us to keep our guest count low and gives parents the opportunity to relax and enjoy the celebration. Please do not call or ask for exceptions — the answer will remain no. Plus Ones Plus ones will not be accommodated. This includes children. Invitations are strictly limited to the individuals listed. Venue Details The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors. The reception will be held indoors. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We are looking forward to celebrating with those who are able to join us in person.

First off, shoutout to Facebook for putting us in each other’s suggested friends back in 2021 🤣. We both attended Bowie State University around the same time but somehow never crossed paths on campus. Instead, we met during the pandemic… on Facebook. How romantic, right? Lol. We were both scrolling when Cush popped up as someone I might know. I didn’t know him—but I definitely wanted to. We exchanged comments on each other’s posts for a while and talked in our DM's before I finally gave in. He was consistent and persistent (in the best way), which I loved. For our first date, Cush took me to a Commanders game, and I had an amazing time. From the very beginning, I noticed how well he cared for Davina every single day—and how thoughtfully he cared for me from that first date and beyond. It was clear he was a great man. We officially became a couple on April 28, 2024. Just months later, Cush surprised me with a beautiful proposal, asking me to be his wife. I couldn’t ask for a better family than the one we’ve blended together, and we are so excited to make this covenant under God.
