Our story started on July 2nd, 2019. We started talking and snap-chatting back and forth. We had so much in common from the start! He was going to college to be a music education major and I had already been in college for Music Education for a year! He was going to Drury and I was going to Missouri State at the time so we lived really close as well! I noticed so many great things about him... He was kind, good at conversation, and always seemed excited to talk to me! We've moved 5 times, have two adorable fur children, and our life together is nothing short of amazing. We are there for each other through the good and the bad. We build each other up and support each other to the fullest. After being together for 3 years I can confidently say Joey is the love of my life. He is my best friend and I know that we will make it together no matter what life throws our way. - Maddie

The summer before college, I had moved to Springfield with only a few friends and only a few local family members. With my education being my priority, dating was the last thing on my mind going into college, but meeting Maddie on a whim at a coffee shop and then going to a baseball game quickly turned into constant adventures that have only grown over the past 3 years. While we started with going to places like Ha-Ha-Tonka and cheap restaurants, our adventures have grown to places like Memphis, Denver, New Orleans, and the Bahamas. With a mutual passion for music and traveling, we spent the majority of our time together and have yet to find a time when we aren't planning our next adventure together. ~Joey
