Question

Where should we park at the venue?

Answer

Please park in the upper lot (close to the ceremony space) at the golf course. Vehicles may be left overnight in that lot.

Question

Why do we need to have a drink during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be sharing a toast with all of you during our ceremony. Please grab a drink of your choice (on us) from the bar in the venue before you find your seat. Beer, wine, and seltzers will be hosted during the reception.

When will we eat?

Answer

There is no formal sit-down dinner. Food will be served immediately following the ceremony until around 7:30 PM. Sliders, tacos, and a variety of appetizers will be available. Pizza will be served later in the evening.

What if we need a sober ride at the end of the night?

Answer

We have a designated driver, Gary, who is going to make himself available for our wedding guests between 9 PM and midnight to drive people from White Eagle Golf Course back to downtown Stillwater or the GrandStay. Please contact Gary directly by calling him to arrange your ride: (612) 791 - 0715

What's the plan for Saturday Fun Day in Stillwater?

We would love to meet you for a drink at PD Pappy's at 12 PM on Saturday, August 7th if you plan to stick around for the weekend!
