We’re getting married!

Classes were boring and work was steady; then one day a special person appears into your life and things are never the same. Studies are slow and gruesome but being able to laugh and play makes everyday worth it. It started with group projects that were never getting finished because two goofballs who laughed at everything were paired up. Even though everyday at school felt like prison, the thought of being with her made it all worth it. The sparkle in her eyes when we meet, the way she laughs at others with me, and the stupid interests we can ramble about for hours made it all worth going. Late nights waiting for the right moment to ask her and then it happens. The next thing I know I get to sit with her and hear every story she has like my favorite part of a movie. Months later I find myself sat across from the woman of my dreams with one question racing through my mind, “will you marry me.”

we fall in love with 3 people in our lifetime. Your first love happens when you’re young, they call it ‘puppy love’. You spend all your time together but eventually you call it quits over something dumb. Now your second love is the hardest, you will definitely get hurt. This is the love that makes you stronger, when you learn the most about yourself. It teaches you about pain, abuse and hurt. And finally, your last love. This is the unexpected love, the one you weren’t planning or looking for. At this point you’ve learned from your mistakes and have put up a wall. This is the love that teaches you how to love again. This love is patient and nurturing. This love will make you laugh and cry, and will love you at your best and your worst. Depending on who you ask, they’ll say we’re the first one, we’re too young to know what love truely is. Too young to get married. I don’t think that’s true. I don’t think there’s an age that you reach an all of a sudden you know what love is. I believe once you know you want to spend your life with someone, why wait? Why not start your forever now? I’ve found my forever person and I don’t wanna wait any longer.
