The Bride and Groom would like to get everyone together for dinner Friday night before the wedding. Dinner is optional and at your own expense. Please RSVP and let them know if you will be attending so that accommodations can be made.
4:30 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Transportation will be waiting out front of the Mirage to take guests to the venue. The venue is about an hour and fifteen minutes from the strip so you will need to be at the front of the Mirage no later than 4:30pm. If you choose to drive yourself to the location, you must provide the park with the location, reservation number and Bride and Grooms last names. Please let us know if you will be driving yourself so that accommodations can be made.
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Please Note: The terrain is red rock desert and has dirt steps leading up to where the ceremony will be held. You may want to either wear a pair of shoes that you can easily walk in or bring a change of shoes.
The ceremony will start at 6pm and will last for about 10 minutes followed by 45 minutes of group photos. The bride and groom will stay for an extra hour for individual photos while the guests will be transported back to the hotel to get ready for the reception that starts at 9pm.
9:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Light refreshments will be served between 9pm and 11pm. Please note: If you would like anything above and beyond what is provided, it will be at your own expense. Please RSVP if you will be attending the reception.
