Question
When are RSVPs due and how can I respond?
Answer
They are due August 21st. We encourage you to RSVP through our website! If you have any difficulties please do not hesitate to reach out.
Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal attire - please no jeans or t-shirts, but please wear what you are comfortable in for dancing! Ceremony will be outside weather permitting!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 4:00 pm with the party beginning walking at that time, please arrive no later than 3:45 pm to ensure being seated before the ceremony begins.

Where will the day's events take place?
Answer
All events of the day will take place at Wilson's Ciderhouse & Venue. The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting). You can either walk along side the reception venue down to the ceremony site or by walking through the venue - go out the backdoor there is a sidewalk that goes down the hill which will lead you to the ceremony area. If you are unable to walk down the hill or would like assistance, please find an usher or the father of the bride and transportation down the hill can be arranged. The cocktail hour will take place immediately following the ceremony where you can stand on the patio or in the venue. Reception will follow with dinner and dancing the night away!

What type of bar is provided?
Answer
A hosted bar of 4 taps (local ciders from the Orchard and beer) and 3 signature drinks will be provided. Please party responsibly! Cars able to be left at the venue overnight if needed.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Follow the directions to the Ciderhouse on google maps, but once you get to the venue, please park only in the lower level as the top part of the building is not the venue. Cars can be left overnight at the venue, but will need to be picked up by noon on Sunday.

Parking at the Hotel
Answer
The parking for the hotel is in the IRL South Ramp but it comes to $1 an hour with a max of $8. If you are going to be parking for 4 hours or less use the IRL West Parking Ramp or the Coralville Transit Intermodal Facility Ramp as that is free up to 4 hours.
