What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow time for seating. The ceremony will begin at 4PM.

Where is the ceremony and reception location?

Answer

Both will be held at the same venue. The ceremony and cocktail hour are intended to be outside. If the weather decides to bring us luck (rain or to cold), everything will be moved inside.

Is parking available?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue. There will be a parking attendant to help direct people where to park. You are able to leave your car overnight until noon to avoid drinking and driving. If you are staying at one of the hotels, there will be a bus that picks everyone up from the hotels with ample amount of time prior to the ceremony. The bus will also bring everyone back to the hotels.
