Are children invited? +1?

Answer

While we truly want to invite everyone, we elected for an extremely small ceremony limited to adults (18+). We completely understand if that makes traveling challenging so please do what works best for your family. Can always find another time to celebrate!

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

Venue address is 3110 Jones Ferry Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27516 For those driving, there is a large gravel lot to park for free at the venue. Cars can be left overnight if preferred, but must be picked up before 12pm Sunday. Uber/Lyft reach the venue if easier to call a ride.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have reserved hotel blocks at two different locations for convenience; find more information in the 'Travel' section of this website. That said, you are of course welcome to stay wherever you would like. Of note: there is a big graduation event in Chapel Hill that weekend, so hotels in CH may be scarce/pricey. Try Raleigh, cary, apex areas.

39 West Catering would be happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please let us know if you'd prefer the vegetarian option of 'Roasted Vegetable and Coconut Milk Risotto'.

What is wedding attire?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. The venue is an outdoor, open area so please dress comfortably for the weather. Ladies, be mindful the ceremony is in a grassy area so if choosing to wear heels.
