What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Doors will be open by 3:00pm and ceremony will begin at 4pm.

What do I wear?
Answer
Cocktail attire/semi-formal attire. Whatever you will be comfortable in and can dance in!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Ceremony will be outside. Cocktail hour and reception will be both inside and outdoors, so dress accordingly to the October weather.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
Answer
The Grove is new so it may not show on the GPS. The address in 496 Stetson Rd Newport, ME 04953. A shuttle can be provided from specific hotels when booked.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, the wedding coordinator will direct you when you arrive on where to park off to the side.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
As much as we love the kiddos, please leave them home for the night.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
We will have a mobile bar parked out front for cocktail hour with some signature drinks to try. For the reception, we will have a buffet with the choices of haddock, chicken, and beef tips.

I have dietary restrictions and allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Please reach out and let us know in a timely manner. Nuts will be separate from any of the dishes already.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

This will be an unplugged ceremony, so please refrain from any photography. We have hired a photographer so let her do the work!

Tenting is available at the venue. Airbnbs are available around the area. We are also providing a shuttle to the hotel and back.
