We kindly request that, aside from immediate family and guests who have been specifically invited to bring children, our wedding be an adults-only event.
Carpooling is strongly encouraged! The wedding venue has enough parking for 35 vehicles, with overflow parking in another location. For those who park in the overflow location, the venue has golf carts which will be available to take you to and from the ceremony and reception area.
Not necessarily! Lodging is available in Estes Park for those who would like to stay locally. We would especially recommend this for those who want to avoid a long drive through the winding canyon at night, as there is very little lighting along the road. Please note, Estes Park is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months which makes hotel availability go quickly! Please try to book lodging as soon as possible. Other options include renting a larger Airbnb and sharing with other guests or spending the night at a site in Loveland, which is about a 45 minute drive from the venue.
A bit of both! The ceremony will take place under a large gazebo outside, followed by cocktail hour outside as well. Dinner and the reception will take place inside.
