We’re so excited to celebrate with you in the mountains! Aspen sits at about 8,000 feet above sea level, and while the views are incredible, your body may notice the difference. At higher elevations, there’s less oxygen in the air. This can make you feel a little more tired than usual, short of breath, or even give you a mild headache—especially when you first arrive. Totally normal, just your body adjusting. A few simple tips to help you feel your best: --Start hydrating before you arrive and keep it going all weekend --Take it easy your first day (we promise the mountains will still be there tomorrow) --Eat regular meals and don’t skip snacks --Get plenty of rest Alcohol Hits Different Up Here!!! Alcohol can feel stronger at altitude, and it can also dehydrate you more quickly. That means your usual drink count might hit a little harder than expected. Our recommendation: pace yourself, alternate with water, and listen to your body. We want you feeling amazing all weekend long 💛
