Question

Will there be a shuttle bus?

Answer

Yes - the shuttle will leave from Microtel & Suites by Wyndham Woodland Park, at 2pm and 2:45pm. The shuttle will be making rounds back to Microtel at your request.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is “semi-formal/cocktail attire”. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses or jumpsuits, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Please indulge us by dressing in black, emerald/dark green, OR browns/gold. (does not have to be all those colors, just pick one!) The ceremony will be overlooking the mountains and the reception will be inside a tent. We will be providing handwarmers for the ceremony, and heat lamps will be dispersed throughout.

Is there parking at the venue? Do i need 4x4?

Parking is EXTREMELY limited. If you plan on driving please contact Grace or Craig

Are pets allowed?

Answer

Pets are not allowed at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What kind of dinner is available?

Answer

Tacos! There will be buffet-style chicken and steak tacos for dinner.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Space is very limited at the VRBO venue. We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is it open bar?

Answer

Heck yes! Please note that if you are visiting Colorado, your body will NOT be adjusted to the altitude. Please drink responsibility.

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

Please indulge us by dressing in black, emerald/dark green, or browns/gold. Please do not wear white or creams. Update: no, you do not have to wear all the colors :)

Are there other wedding events we can attend?

We plan on having a breakfast at the VRBO on the 21st. Please stay tuned for details.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes to an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend we stay?

For your convenience, we have arranged a block of rooms at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodland Park. Please mention the Curelop’s wedding when booking.

We are registered through Zola and Williams Sonoma few other sites. Please check the "Registry" page for details!

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Please do not take the candle holders!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag Craig or Grace so we can also see the photos!
