Allysa
Maid of Honor
Allysa is Alexis' sister and best friend. She is a self-fulfilled woman who is taking the world by storm. She's incredibly independent and does not care to listen to anyone who does not support her. As a yoga Instructor, Allysa enjoys working with people - of all ages - to help them become better versions of themselves. She also enjoys sitting on the beaches of Florida, and being active in her free time. Alexis is unsure where she would be today without her sister constantly listening to her, calling her out, and stealing her clothes. Since they were wee lasses, Allysa has been her own person. And Alexis greatly admires her for it. If she isn't at the local beach shack eating an Acai bowl, you can catch her playing with her pup, Ty.
Alexis

Alexis squared met through a mutual friend during Alexis' second year of grad school. She's amazed at how quickly they bonded - anytime they're together, they are laughing. Alexis has been incredibly supportive of Alexis' life endeavors, from events in grad school a few years back to taking on the coastal environmental issues together. Alexis is a very honest person and finds no shame in speaking her truth to anyone. Alexis is the life of the party and loves being around people. You can find Alexis either enjoying a pretty cocktail at a bar in DC, or cackling with other Alexis on the floor over a minute joke.
Adrienne

There are so many things Alexis could say to describe Adrienne; but Alexis will keep it brief because she believes Adrienne would appreciate that most. Alexis met Adrienne during her first year of grad school. Alexis thought Adrienne was way too cool for her - she had a west coast vibe and was relaxed about everything. It wasn't until they took Hydrology together that Alexis realized their personalities and interests were similar. Adrienne will do anything for anyone - she is one of the most selfless people you'll ever meet. Adrienne enjoys hiking the Canadian Rockies, camping in the wilds, and running. If she isn't at a local brewery, you can find her crocheting, drinking hot tea on her couch, and playing with her amazing pup, Bear.
Kristen

Kristen met Alexis in Physics class their senior year of high school. Kristen and Alexis spent most of their days in Physics giggling and passing tests without question. In their spare time, they went shopping and running together. Some weekends they spent at the beach and ran there, too. Yes, they love running. Kristen loves working with people. In fact, she spends most of her time working with patients in a hospital, and she wouldn’t change it for the world. When Kristen isn't working on her fabulous house, you can find her running along the beaches in Delaware, or pampering her dachshund, Duchess.
Eli
Bridesmaid
Eli and Alexis met during their second year of grad school. Alexis was first intimidated by Eli being a bad*ss Ph.D in mechanical engineering, but she quickly learned to appreciate Eli's passion for such a technical field. Eli and Alexis spent a lot of their second year running together on trails near campus. Other times, they took advantage of Nacho Thursdays at Homegrown with Adrienne, and listened to local artists on Fridays. When feeling adventurous, they explored new cities together, including Philly, New York, and Detroit. Eli is always with her amazing pup, Bentley. And when she’s not with Bentley, she's conducting research, or spending time with the people she loves most.
Amanda
Bridesmaid
Alexis met Amanda her freshman year of college. They were especially inseparable during their first few years of college. Alexis and Amanda spent many nights laying in beds adjacent to each other in their dorms, sending Vine videos back and forth. Oftentimes, they'd venture to the gym together, or go to Jazzman's for their buffalo chicken wrap. Alexis and Amanda took Psychology together, and Alexis may or may not have passed because of Amanda. Amanda is compassionate, especially in her job as a social worker. She enjoys spending time with her cute dog, Lucky, shopping at her local grocer, and working out in her spare time.
Kieran
Best Man
Kieran is Eric's cousin and closest friend. Eric spent high school practically living at Kieran's house, which is probably why they developed into almost the same person. Between their shared personalities, mannerisms, and familial resemblance, it's no wonder their closest family even confuses the two of them. Kieran has always been a force for Eric to try new things, and Eric is extremely grateful for it. Eric's first upside down roller coaster ride, first broken bone playing ultimate, first raw sushi, and first (and last) taste of a pouch are all the result of Kieran pushing Eric beyond his comfort zone.
Kyle
Groomsman
Kyle is Eric's brother and role model, though he may be surprised to read that here. Kyle and Eric fought like cats and dogs growing up, but there is no denying the Kyle's influence. Eric's interest in computers and ultimate career path was undoubtedly determined at a very early age by Kyle's own interest in the same things.
Nathaniel
Groomsman
Nate and Eric met freshman year of high school in Mr. Setliff's history class, and immediately bonded over their video game obsession. Almost every single night when Eric got home, he would get on his computer, load up Xfire, and play games with Nate until way too late. During the summers, they would often still be up when their parents got up for work. They still often get online and play games together, but thankfully they've both matured from their high school days.
Matthew
Groomsman
Eric met Matt in the basement hallway of Potomac Hall their first week at UMBC, when Matt was fleeing his dorm room and bizarre roommate Phil. They immediately hit it off, and spent countless hours struggling through homework assignments together, playing humans versus zombies, subjecting themselves to the horrors of Jow Jing in the Commons, and arrogantly producing philosophical masterpieces late at night in the Potomac study rooms.
Eric

Eric and Eric met a few years ago through a mutual friend while rock climbing. They bonded over pushing their abilities in the sport, their shared libertarian beliefs, strong opinions, nerd things, their general preference to be left on their own unless they seek out social interaction, and most recently Scotch whiskey - specifically the peatiest of Islays.
Vikel Jr.
Groomsman
Vikel Jr. (aka Jay, aka Bubba) is Eric's goofy future brother-in-law. He is incredibly honest, passionate, and goofy, which made it easy for Eric to take an immediate liking to. Jay is currently studying mechanical engineering, and you can find him riding his badass motorcycle around Florida.
