WE ELOPED!

While living on opposite ends of Indiana, one night we ended up at a party together in Indianapolis, hosted by our mutual friends, Chris & Elyse (my how we miss those gatherings!). That night we both found ourselves on their porch swing, talking throughout the entire night. (Fun fact - Chris & Elyse gave us that porch swing as a wedding gift) Very shortly after that, we planned our first date where we camped in Hoosier National Forest. The next weekend we were back in Indianapolis and we made our relationship official. From there we spend a lot of our weekdays trying to coordinate our weekends as we were still five hours apart. We spent many dates in Indianapolis or on Lake Monroe. We knew quickly that this was "the real deal" and we decided to end up where it all started, Indianapolis.
