For fans of sports, this is a big one. The home of KU basketball!

Baker Wetlands

This is a great place to see wildlife, they also have a walking trail if you enjoy hiking/nature.

Clinton State Park

There are TONS of nature trails to walk or bike. There are tons of photography options for avid photographers.

Grinter Sunflower Farms (Grinter Farms, Inc.)

If you love or have always wanted to see sunflowers, this time of year IS a great time!

Lawrence Visitors Center

This is always a good way to see what to do in town!

Watkins Museum of History

It is 3 floors of thorough history of Lawrence, Kansas and its prominent citizens. There are many artifacts and storyboards as well as some videos to provide information. While you’re downtown shopping or eating lunch, stop in. It has no admission fee!!

Spencer Museum of Art

On the KU campus the Spencer exposes visitors to a great art gallery with close-by access to the Museum of Natural History
