Maid of Honor
Chelsea (she/her) is Alison’s partner in all things adventure! They’ve done many camping and hiking trips together and have many more to come! Chelsea works as a behavioral therapist, is a cat mom of 3 temperamental ladies, and is married to the Best Man, Nick!
Nick
Best Man
Nick (he/him) and Andrew have been friends since they were 14, bonding over sports, video games, and Pokémon. Nick considers Andrew's family to be an extension of his own, which essentially makes them brothers. Nick works with kids (because he is one) as a peer mentor for people on the spectrum. He is married to Chelsea, the Maid of Honor.
Alice
Alison’s Mom
Alice (she/her) and Alison love going out to eat or snuggling on the couch while watching Downton Abby and drinking wine. Alice is on her way to retirement, but that doesn’t mean she’s slowing down! Alice loves to ski all winter, take trips to visit family and friends, and loves to spend time outside on her patio, reading, puzzling and tending to her beloved garden.
Jim
Alison’s Dad
Jim (he/him) and Alison enjoy spending quality time together, whether it’s watching the Mets, sipping whiskey, or stealing his sweaters. Jim has been enjoying his retirement! He has plenty of time to golf, do crossword puzzles, hang with his friends and take all of the naps!
Cynthia
Andrew’s Mom
Cynthia (she/her) is the proud mom of Andrew and his brother Evan. She’s still working two jobs - PR for the West Orange School District and running a food pantry, but she loves it. She just celebrated her 31st anniversary with Doug and is also a loving cat mom to Thea and Mochi!
Doug
Andrew’s Dad
Doug (he/him) is Andrew’s father. Doug and Andrew bond over music (like Frank Zappa), tv shows (like The Boys), and sports (sigh… like the Mets). Doug works as a director of food services at Prudential Corporate Headquarters. In his free time, Doug enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking and tending to his garden, as well as falling asleep on the couch after a long day (or any day really).
Matthew

Matthew (he/him) is Alison’s older brother, and Michael’s twin! Matt and Alison love to have game nights and weekends away camping in the woods. Matt and Meg just welcomed their twins, Hugh and Declan into the family! Matt is an avid Motorsport fan and can be found dancing to EDM with Meg or walking with their dog, Dexter.
Meg

Meg (she/her) was welcomed into the family after she and Matthew (Alison’s brother) met in law school. Meg and Matt recently celebrated the addition of twins, Hugh and Declan, into their family! You can often find Meg dancing to EDM with Matt, snuggling their cats Bean and Kevin, or unplugged in the mountains camping.
Michael

Michael (he/him) is Alison’s older brother, and Matthew’s twin! Michael has slowly been introducing Alison into the world of beer, as he works as a brewer at Fiddlehead Brewing Company in Vermont! He and Jackie (to be married in August!) live in Burlington together with their two cats. Michael loves to spend his days off exploring more food and beers, or out on the greens golfing!
Jackie

Jackie (she/her) was welcomed into the family when she and Michael (Alison’s brother) met. They’re getting married in August! Jackie helps people as a massage therapist, but loves to live outside of work, exploring new breweries and restaurants with Michael, snuggling with their 2 cats, going to local farmer’s markets, and advocating for all things decent in this world!
Evan

Evan (he/him) is Andrew’s older brother. Most siblings fight with each other, but Evan and Andrew were always each other’s best friends. Growing up, they always made an adventure out of anything they did, no matter how small. Today, Evan works as an area operations manager for Max Mara and lives with his boyfriend, Emmanuel in Fort Lee. He loves Taylor Swift, playing GTA, and eating sushi.
David

David (he/him) and Andrew's friendship was born of the trials and tribulations of 7th grade algebra class, maintained by vitality of tomfoolery, and rooted in appreciation of each other's presence. David is currently 3rd year medical student at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. When the opportunity for respite reveals itself, you will often find him singing, dancing, or playing soccer.
Hannah

Hannah (she/her) and Alison met during first-year of vet school and have been inseparable ever since! Hannah just moved to California to start her new job as a shelter vet, and begin her new life with her fiancé Marly, and their 5 cats and 2 dogs.
Claire

Claire (she/they) and Alison found their way to each other during vet school and developed a close friendship through many cups of tea, study parties, and hammock adventures. Claire is a small animal veterinarian who is also passionate about goats and sheep. They love to run, bike, hike, travel, and cook. They currently live in New Hampshire with their fiancé Eileen, crazy husky and two perfect kitties.
Jessie

Jessie (she/her) and Alison have been friends since the fourth grade, both welcomed into each other’s families and act as sisters. Jessie loves spending time outside, roller blading, eating absolutely everything, playing games and doing arts and crafts.
Moira
Friend of Honor
Moira (she/her) and Alison met in the 7th grade and quickly bonded over endless chats and Alison’s famous desserts. Moira is honored to have seen Alison and Andrew’s relationship grow since day one. It’s fitting that Moira is now back where it all began teaching English at West Orange High School.
