Shuttle buses will pickup from the Y.O. Ranch Hotel at 3:45 pm sharp! We highly recommend riding the shuttle for ease but please inform us on your RSVP if you will be riding the shuttle or driving your own vehicle. To best plan your evening, we will offer two shuttle return times to Kerrville: one around 9:30 pm and another after send off at 11:00 pm. If you miss the shuttle or prefer to drive for your own convenience, Google Maps is the best platform to use for directions to the property.
Of course! There are many other towns nearby, such as Fredericksburg, that have other accommodations available. If you choose to stay elsewhere, please be aware of bus pickup time or make arrangements to be able to drive on site of the wedding.
Attire is Western Semi Formal. We'd love for all guests to embrace the Texas Country vibe - think boots, hats, bolo ties, etc.! For ladies, it's nicer than a sundress but not a formal gown. Spring floral patterns welcomed! Add in a hat, belt and boots for the Texas flare! Heels, wedges and open toed shoes are not recommended. For men, sportscoat with trousers and boots are welcome! Tie or bolo tie optional. If you have a fun western shirt, bring it on! Go ahead and break out the cowboy hat while you're at it too!

Yes, there will be an open bar! In fact, our bartenders have been training for this event like it's the Olympics. Come thirsty and ready to raise a glass or two! Please remember to celebrate responsibly and dance enthusiastically (iykyk)!
We'd love for everyone to be as present as possible during the ceremony so please keep phones and cameras away! We have great photographers ready to snag all the best memories and we'll be happy to share them! Feel free to snap photos and videos during cocktail hour and the reception! Whoever gets the best shot or video earns a legendary high five from both Morgan and Preston!
