What’s the dress code?

Answer

Your finest cocktail attire is requested! A note for the Ladies: Since the venue is at a vineyard, please be mindful of your heel/shoe choice. There will be plenty of opportunities to get pictures in the vineyards!

The weather in Prince Frederick averages around 77 degrees in the late September months.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We will be getting married in an intimate ceremony amongst our closest family and friends. If we were able to save a seat for a plus one on your behalf, it will be clearly stated on your invitation!

Can I bring my kid(s)?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our special day will be celebrated as an adults-only affair. Thank you for understanding!

How/When do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP here at our wedding website on Zola. We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than July 1st, 2025!

When should I arrive?

Answer

There is a short walk from the parking lot to the Hilltop Pavilion - We recommend that guests arrive and begin taking their seats by 4:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15pm. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, please wait until the ceremony has concluded to ascend the steps.

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be signage for the wedding once you enter Running Hare Vinyard to guide you to the parking lot for the Hilltop Pavilion.

What if I have an allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

When you RSVP through Zola, you will be able to note any allergies or dietary restrictions after reviewing the meal choices below. Please also notify Jennifer directly via phone/email (240-496-5440 or Jenna.cullen97@gmail.com) so that it is ensured allergies/restrictions are communicated with the caterer.
