we're getting married!

A highschool senior and a highschool freshman, where it all began. We were friends of a mutual friend and saw each other here and there. A few years later after he graduated, we reconnected at an Italian restaurant that I was working at. I can't call it love at first sight, but it sure felt different than any other time we had seen each other. That night started eight years of long phone calls and Snapchat streaks!

The night before, I wasn't feeling great, but Bobby had asked me if I wanted to get up early and watch the sunrise on Dania Beach. He looked so excited about it, so I decided to say yes. Fast forward to 5:30am, Bobby drove me through Starbucks which I was over the moon about and we headed to the beach. He set up his camera to video the sunrise and I sat on a towel, freezing in his giant Disney windbreaker. He asked me to come by the water and look at something and when I turned around, he was on one knee. He said "Will you marry me?" and I responded with "Are you serious?" and then "Can I put my Starbucks down?" and then I finally said "Yes!". Bobby also managed to set up his phone for the most beautiful picture of himself on one knee & missed me completely, but it makes for a great story! And then we were ENGAGED! We can't wait to share this next step in our life together with all of you! See you in November!
