Kindly RSVPs by June 30th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final head counts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed! You can RSVP directly on this site under the 'RSVP' tab.
We kindly ask that you wear formal attire. Gowns and tuxes are welcome, as are cocktail dresses and suits and ties. Please note, that our cocktail hour will take place outdoors.
We recommend to arrive between 5:00-5:15pm to allow enough time to park, get to the ceremony hall, mingle, and find a seat.
We kindly ask that you please be truly present and in the moment with us by resting your mobile devices and cameras during the ceremony. We have hired an incredible photographer and we will be sure to share the photos!
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30pm, we recommend guests arrive between 5:00pm - 5:15pm so there is time to park, mingle, and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the cocktail hour/reception so hang tight and we will see you then! Thank you for understanding!
We kindly ask that you only bring a guest if they are specifically listed on your wedding invitation.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate with us.
We have a block of rooms reserved at a discounted rate at the UNC Charlotte Marriott Hotel. Please visit the 'Travel' tab for more details. There are many Airbnb's and hotels in the area as well. Wherever you stay, we highly recommend it to be on or very close to the Lynx Blue Line light rail as this would be a great transportation option to the hotel.
The hotel offers valet parking at $15.00 per car plus tax for the day. Self parking is available at the CRI Deck Visitor Parking for $6.00 per car. Refer to the 'Travel' tab for additional information.
