This love story began many years ago, when Dan and Ashley were just nine years old. In a heated political race for student council president, Dan had beat Ashley and won over the fourth grade class with the line "So vote for me, the man with the plan Dan". Ashley had always vowed to never speak to Dan ever again (clearly, that didn't work out!) Throughout the years of growing up, Dan and Ashley always crossed paths. In fact, Dan worked up the courage to ask Ashley to accompany him as his date to the 8th grade dance (she said no!) It wasn't until after college that Dan and Ashley finally began talking again. Dan asked Ashley out on a date for two years. Finally, Ashley stopped being stubborn, and said yes! The rest, they say, is history.

On November 17, 2018, Daniel took Ashley to Silver Lake in Berlin, CT. Ashley had NO idea it was going to happen! Dan got down on one knee, and asked her to be his wife. After lots of happy tears, she immediately said "YES!". Dan even set up a nice dinner that evening, and they got to celebrate with both of their families.

Due to COVID19, we were forced to cancel our big wedding on June 27, 2020. However, we wanted nothing more to get married so that is exactly what we did! Surrounded by our closest family and friends, we were able to say "I Do" at Wickham Park in Manchester, CT and had a really fun party afterwards. We are thrilled to still be able to host our big wedding day on May 8, 2021. We promise..it's going to be one heck of a party! Bring your best dance moves along!
