An online connection led to friendly messaging, then a first date in Mankato, Minnesota where we both knew that this was something to pursue. With Jeremy living in Minneapolis and Erin in Mankato, the commutes were long. But the special connection we shared and the fun we were having made the miles fly by! Our relationship grew into one of love and trust while we got to know us as a couple and each other better. We moved in together in 2023 amid some health challenges that only strengthened our bond. How else would Jeremy learn to appreciate country music and Erin learn to appreciate historical archives? We've loved to travel, whether just the two of us or with friends and family. The best trip of all was a journey to Hawaii in January 2025. There, in a quiet moment, Jeremy proposed to Erin overlooking Shipwreck Beach on Kauai. We're pretty sure the whales spouting offshore just then meant they approved! We are thrilled to have created and nurtured a romance filled with love, trust, family, friends, and adventures, one that has cemented a bond of partnership that brings out the best in both of us.
