Waymore's Guest House & Casual Club

UPDATE: If you're staying at the Waymore, there will be a shuttle to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will be at Waymore at 4:30pm, and will go back at 11:00pm. You can ask about it at the front desk as well. This 5 story boutique hotel is less than two miles down the street from the venue at Emerson Hall. Rooms are contemporary with an upscale vibe. Breakfast and lunch are available in the lobby cafe. The Waymore boasts a huge, gorgeous rooftop bar, the only one in East Nashville. The parking garage below the hotel is complimentary. Our official booking dates are Friday, May 16, 2025 - Sunday, May 18, 2025, but should you wish to extend your stay before or after the wedding, in order to get the same rate, please email Jordan Perry at jordan.perry@waymoresnashville.com. Please note, reservations are due by Wednesday, April 16, 2025 in order to obtain our special rate. After that cut-off date, the prevailing room rates will apply, subject to availability.

The Gallatin Hotel

This chic, modern hotel is not your typical hotel, with no onsite check in/check out. A code is provided to enter your room, and even to enter the lobby. Contemporary rooms are painted in vibrant colors. As a small, three story hotel, there is no elevator, although there is a luggage lift. The hotel is conveniently located directly next to the venue at Emerson Hall. The Gallatin's mission is to give back to those experiencing homelessness in our community. A portion of your stay will be donated back to help those in need. A 10% discount is available to guests using the following wedding code:
