What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at St. John's by 2:45pm, as we have a strict ceremony start time of 3:00pm. Our ceremony will be roughly 90 minutes long.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are not required.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are asking Mom and Dad leave the kids at home to ensure you have a fun-filled night!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, our Church, St. John's the Evangelist, does not have dedicated parking, however there are many parking garages that may be utilized. Arts Ballroom has a parking garage directly across from the entrance that guests are more than welcomed to use. We will also be offering an Uber Voucher to and from Arts Ballroom.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

While menu selections will be made night of, at the table, if you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know in advance to ensure the venue prepares appropriately. You may send us this information via email at thecolagrecos2022@gmail.com, or include your dietary restriction with your digital RSVP.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask for all final RSVPs by April 16, 2022. You may RSVP via our wedding website, or the RSVP card included in your invitation.
