We are excited to have a room block at the Mayfair House hotel in Coconut Grove. It's the perfect base to enjoy the Grove's charm while celebrating with us. House Or Rental
Although we have secured a room block at the Mayfair House Hotel, booking an AirBnB or VRBO is a great option for lodging in Miami. We suggest staying near Coconut Grove or Coral Gables. This will ensure you are close by. When clicking the link, please adjust the number of guests and dates of travel!
Flight
MIA (Miami International Airport) is our go-to airport - it's the closest and most convenient if you're flying in for the wedding. It's only about 7 miles (~15 to 25 minutes) from Coconut Grove. Uber and Lyft are available and easy to grab from the designated rideshare pickup zones.
Flight
FLL (Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport) is a great alternative, but just know it's a bit further - about 30 miles (~45 to 60 minutes) north of Coconut Grove. If you don't mind the longer drive, FLL can be a solid option. Uber/Lyft is also available at FLL.
Travel Note
Uber and Lyft are both widely available in Miami - you can expect pickup waits of just a few minutes, especially near the airport and in Coconut Grove. Once you're in Coconut Grove, the Coconut Grove trolley is another great option for getting around locally. It runs regularly and connects key spots like Cocowalk, Peacock Park and the waterfront. It's an easy (and cute) way to get around while exploring. For shorter wait times and getting to and from wedding events, we'd still recommend Uber and Lyft instead of the trolley.
