We hope that you enjoy our hidden gem as much as we do. Be sure to look out for Bald Eagles flying over head! For those staying on the property, please see below for information regarding the amenities in the community. Refer to the "Transportation" section for information regarding entering the community for the wedding.

Golfing

Old North State Club

The golf course, designed by Tom Fazio, lines the lakeshore for 18 holes with unbeatable views. The course is part of the McConnell Golf Family. Limited availability for those staying on property. Golf clubs are not available for rent.

Boating

Old North State Marina

Badin Lake is a great place for boating & jet skiing. The Old North State Marina has a pontoon available for rent - we recommend booking early! Refer to the "Things to Do" tab for other rental options on Badin!

Racket Sports

Old North State Club

The club has several pickleball & tennis courts for its members. Limited Court reservations available for Wedding Guests staying on property.

Swimming

Need to cool off? Old North State Club has two pools, one equipped with a waterslide, to take off the heat. Lifeguards & Snack bar unavailable but pools are open for use.
