How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

There is a shuttle option from the airport to hotel, I priced round trip for 2 adults $60 There are private car services as well, I priced for $150 round trip. You can book either option when booking your flight and hotel accommodations, there will be an option to add transportation to and from airport.

How do i get to the ceremony?

We will be providing transportation for everyone to the ceremony site and to the reception venue.

How long should we stay?

We will be staying from 5/18/2021 - 5/24/2021. The wedding will be on 5/20/2021. The amount of time you stay is totally up to you.

Do we have to stay together throughout the whole trip?

Absolutely not! We want everyone to come celebrate our day with us but we also want you guys to take this trip as a vacation for yourselves as well. I only ask that the day of the wedding for everyone to be together, after that everyone is free to do their own thing.

Is this an all inclusive trip?

Answer

Unfortunately no it is not all inclusive, everyone is responsible for their own food, drinks and festivities expenses. Except for the day of the wedding, we will be providing everyone with dinner during the reception.

What's the night life like?

Waikiki beach has the best night life and yes we plan on painting the town red, so bring your dancing shoes and be ready to get lit. lol

What happened with the travel agent?

Answer

Unfortunately the travel agent we were working with was not offering realistic rates for our group and the prices were ridiculously higher than on expedia, hotwire, americanairline or travelocity. Plus everyone would have had to put 50% of their total down in order to secure the "group rate" which wasn't worth it and we did not feel comfortable asking that of you all. So needless to say, we had to cancel her. lol

What is the dress code?

Beach casual, we will literally we on the beach with sand in between our toes. Dress comfortably and please incorporate the colors aqua blue and coral into your outfit. It can be as simple as adding some blue accessories or sandals or something, I don't know , just have the colors somewhere on you. lol

How much is this trip going to cost me?

Answer

For 2 adults, I priced roundtrip airfare, hotel stay for 5 days and 4 nights for $2000. As far as spending cost, that is totally up to you. Remember that this not an all inclusive trip so you will literally be paying for everything yourself. Please remember that we will be in Hawaii, this will be a once in a life time experience. Just being there is enough, bask in the moment!

When should I RSVP by?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Everyone Please RSVP by January 5, 2021. We will be finalizing everything mid January and we will need a definite head count by then. Please take into consideration that we will be paying per person for both ceremony and reception, so last minute adjustments is not an option. If we do not hear anything back by then we will assume you can not make it and we will remove you from the final count.

Will you be sending out formal invitations?

Yes, we will be sending out our invitations in December, giving everyone 4 weeks to RSVP. Be on the look out for our Save the Dates, they should be coming in the mail soon!
