Are my kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids and wish they could join us! However, due to the limited space we have, we kindly ask that there be no children at our wedding ceremony & reception. Only our nieces and nephews will be in attendance.

What if my kids are older? Can I bring them?

Answer

While we would love to have all our family and friends join us, we have limited space and can only accommodate the individuals named on the invite. If your invite was addressed to "Family" or your family name, please come with your whole crew. Thank you for understanding!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP (by August 1st please!), please use the first and last name listed on your envelope. If you're a pair, either one of you can RSVP for the other using your full name. If you'd like to RSVP on behalf of other members of your family (who received an invite separately), you can do so by searching their name. If you have any issues, just holler!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, or whatever you feel ready to party in! It will likely be warm during the day, and the ceremony will take place outside on the grass, so keep that in mind. Also, The Saguaro is a wildly colorful place, so feel free to pull out that crazy colorful outfit that you love but never had a place to wear it. This is that time!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We'll be in the desert at the very beginning of fall, so daytime temperatures for that time of year in Palm Springs can be upwards of 90 degrees. The evenings get a little cooler, in the 60s. The ceremony will take place outside on the lawn before sunset, and the reception will take place inside (though there is an outdoor balcony area).

Where will the ceremony & reception take place?

Answer

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at The Saguaro. The ceremony will be held outside on the Jacinto Lawn, and the reception will take place in the Sago Ballroom, which features an outdoor terrace.

Will the wedding take place indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside, but the reception will take place indoors. Though there is an outdoor terrace accessible from the reception location.

Is there parking available for the ceremony and reception?

Parking will be available onsite at the hotel.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We'd love to celebrate with everyone, but unfortunately, we just don't have the space. If your invite was addressed to you and a guest (by name), please bring them. We will only able to accommodate guests listed on the invite. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We appreciate your understanding!
