Please arrive at the venue 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. This will allow you time to park, sign the guestbook, and find your seat. Late parties will not be permitted entrance.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is Formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie or tuxedo. No jeans please!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family, whose names were listed on their invitation. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Placerville is a small town outside of the Sacramento area, therefore, Ubers and Lyfts may be hard to find. There is one taxi company in the area that operates until about 2am: El Dorado Taxi (530) 509-5535. They do not schedule in advance, but please call when you will need to be picked up after the wedding. Price is about $35 one-way locally.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
