what is the Lodge Hotel check in time?

Answer

4pm. Those coming for the night of the wedding only, you may check in after the ceremony before the reception or anytime during the night. Those who need to get ready on site it is suggested to check in a day before so you can just wake up and get ready at the Hotel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:30 pm please arrive no later than 3:15 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be in the Lodge Hotel parking lot, and yes it is free.

Can I bring a date/guest?

Answer

Seating is limited, please contact the Bride directly so we can see if there is room for your date/guest. (some people cancel, so it doesn't hurt to ask).

This is a formal event, so please put on your best party outfit and come and have some fun with us on our big day!

We love doggies and all animals and the Lodge is pet friendly please keep in mind pets will not be permitted to the ceremony or reception... sorry.

We are huge fans of New Mexican cuisine, so we will have a buffet style of all our favorite New Mexican food. #Greenchile

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you choose not to stay at the Lodge, there are many other hotels nearby as well as plenty of AirBnB or VBRO homes BUT please book in advance as September is Santa Fe's high tourist season and everything will get booked up by May 2018 maybe even sooner. Price ranges outside of the Lodge hotel block (We got a special discount of $109.00 a night plus taxes and fees Breakdown is $140.69 a night for our guests). Prices for other hotels will be anywhere from $250.00 to $350.00 a night.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

No, we are very sorry we have a set buffet in place. If you do have a special diet due to a food allergies it is suggested to either skip our dinner or eat before you arrive.
