I was asked by Ebonie to go to a family tailgate party. As we arrived as usual I was on the phone, and we entered the party. Ebonie introduced me to everyone, and we set down and ate. I was talking to someone and then I look up and see this big smile in my face and heard a voice say, "How you are doing? “I'm Travis" I said hi and kept talking on my phone. The night went on and I kept seeing him eye balling me but I paid him no attention so the night went on and we left.

So as we all know Travis has a big thing about family and friends, one thing I love about him. So this year was his big 40th birthday and he wanted to just bring it in with family and friends, but me being me I had other plans. I planned a casino party night to bring it in and a royal night's party on his actual birthday. The whole time in the car he thought we were going to a jazz concert, so he wasn't feeling it all day but “BOOM” just like that I surprised him. So, we got up the next day and check in the hotel and then I left to get my hair done, not knowing what he was up to. The party was supposed to start at 9 and I didn’t get finish till 7:30 so I rushed back. I got to the hotel, and I thought he was going to be mad and looking crazy, but he was clam so I still rushed to get ready. I was almost ready, but nothing was coming together and he said "Rena" you look good. So we left and headed to the party. We usually walk in together with everything, but this time he said bae I'll let you go in and I'll park. I told him, NO multiple times and finally gave in and walked in alone. We danced, danced, danced, then I got hot and stepped outside. Approximately about 10 mins later I hear "Crystal!!! Travis looking for you in the back. So, I headed back in, and I saw everyone with a cup, so if you know Travis you already know what that means. (HERE COMES A SPEECH) LOL I walked in and went to grab a cup and when I turned around he started with a speech, then he reached in his pocket and dropped on one knee. My heart (DROPPED) I immediately started crying and shaking even kept touching and turning my face. He grabbed my hand and said "WILL YOU MARRY ME" I said yes, and he gave me the biggest smile and hug. The words he said to me, I'll never forget. "I GOT YOU FOR LIFE"
