Our love story began back in 2011 after meeting one night at a club. After spending the evening together talking and getting to know eachother we learned that we each had little girls from previous marriages. It was then that we decided to exchange phone numbers. After weeks of talking on the phone until late hours of the night and living hours apart from eachother, we decided to go on our first date. We met again in San Diego! Our first date was in La Jolla Cove. We spent an adventurous day exploring the caves at the cove, having cocktails on the beach and ending the night with a sushi date night..... and the rest is history! Eight years worth of memories later and we’ve traveled through the California coast, gone wine tasting in Santa Barbara, traveled to Hawaii with our girls, vacationed in Mexico and shared so many life experinces together, all while living miles and miles apart for the majority of our relationship.

In 2017 Smitty FINALLY popped the question during one of their many adventures in Hawaii. It was in Waimea Falls where he got down on one knee and surprised Crystal next to a healing house of prayer in a secluded and sacred location in the jungle of Waimea Valley where it was said that the ancient Hawaiians would gather for time of peace, prayer and healing. It was a beautiful, surreal and unforgettable experiece for both! “We can’t wait for this exciting new chapter to begin!”
