Booking instructions
How to book your accommodations through Apple vacations. 1. Using the booking widget on the page, select your dates of travel. 2. Choose the number of rooms, adults, and children; specify the ages of children at time of travel (not current age but age at the time of the trip). 3. Review the room categories. The first option will default to the least expensive; select ‘Change Room Type’ to see more options. If you don’t see a room category you’re looking for, reach out to me for assistance. 4. Utilize the Special Service Requests section to add bedding configuration and room requests and to call out special occasions. Please note: requests are not guaranteed and are at the resort’s discretion at check-in. 5. Review the robust options for add-ons and discuss with your advisor/me which are most suitable for your booking. 6. Select ‘Continue,’ then complete each traveler’s information. An email and phone number are required of the lead traveler. Select ‘Continue’ again when finished. 7. Choose to pay the required per person deposit, or go ahead and pay in full. If you choose to begin with a deposit only, please use the link within the email confirmation with your reservation number to make your final payment when appropriate. 8.
